I’m not going to turn this into an advertising page for people selling their Volvo, but when I find a true bargain looking for a car myself — I’m going to share. Today, a beautiful Belgian Volvo XC90 from december ’04 for €21.500. That’s well under average, and the car is very well-equipped.

Volvo has shown some amazing new models in the light of their popular Volvo Ocean Race — and I found a whole lot of great photos of these new models on Car Scoop. The V70 and both the XC70 and XC90 SUV’s have gotten a little facelift for the occasion, and they look quite good — and rough!

I’m sure these will look awesome cruising the shores of Bretagne!

Volvo XC90: Superb SUV

An excellent review of the ever so awesome Volvo XC90 by Roadfly.com. If I were to have an infinite budget for an SUV, I’d go for the V8 XC90 any day.

I hate the fact safetly bla bla was stressed so much, but I guess it makes sense… A sexy, fast and manly SUV — with whiplash protection systems. You got it!

Volvo XC60 Concept: Video Report

Just after showing you the first pictures of the upcoming Volvo XC60 concept compact SUV car, we found this video report on the car on Youtube! It’s well worth checking out — as I believe it shows some of the downsides of the XC60 too: the plastic-looking interior, the somewhat useless additions — and the arrogance of the design team…

I still like the car — but communication-wise, that wasn’t the best work in my humble opinion. Enjoy!

Volvo XC60 Concept: Premium Compact SUV

The market segment of the premium compact suvs has been dominated by BMW for quite some time now, seeing as their popular BMW X3 is the only REAL luxurious compact suv out there, especially on the European market. With the upcoming Audi Q5 and Mercedes GLK — it’ll be getting some stiff competition. Volvo is also working on a competitor, and from what I’ve seen it’s going to be an x3-killer. The Volvo XC60.

Ultimate safety — excellent design — luxurious iour (even though I don’t believe the white is the best option, but hey — it’s a concept car) — a look that reminds me of a Coupe a little bit — …

It’ll be with the dealers in 2009 — that’s only ONE year to go, baby! Go Volvo!
